COACH ETHAN

TVI Academy Skills and Development Coach

Ethan serves as Tri Valley Ice Academy's skills and development coach. In addition to helping the academy he is the assistant coach for the bulls 14U and 13U tier teams. He brings over 10 years of AAA/AA coaching and playing experience. Moreover, he was a 17U USA National Team Development Program Camp Selection. 

COACH JACK

Academy Coordinator 

Coach Jack Rezente is from San Leandro, CA, and grew up playing for multiple youth ice hockey travel teams throughout Northern California. He went on to play college hockey at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Before coming to Tri-Valley, Jack worked with several professional sports organizations in the Bay Area, including front office roles with the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco Giants. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.

In addition to hockey, Jack coached Women’s Lacrosse and Esports at Bishop O’Dowd High School. During his tenure, the school achieved a second-place finish in NCS for Lacrosse in 2017 and won a State Championship in Esports in 2021. In 2025, Jack led the Tri-Valley Blue Devils 14B team to second-place finishes in both the NorCal and State Championships. Jack is also part of Tri-Valley’s Hockey Academy, where he serves as the academy coordinator, school tutor, equipment manager, and coach. He has also created and runs the Dublin 5v5 Adult Ice Hockey League

COACH EMILY

Girls Hockey Director

Emily is originally from Edina, MN. She has been involved with hockey for the past 10 years at the youth, junior, and college levels in both coaching & operations roles. She previously worked in Fan Development for the Chicago Blackhawks and spent 2 years as a Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of Maine and Clarkson University. Most recently, she was the Coordinator of Operations at TPH Chicago and coached for Team Illinois Girls AAA. She is now the Girls Hockey Director for the Lady Blue Devils and Trivalley.
